  1. Click the right-angle arrow to open the article-sharing features

     
  2. Click on "Copy Link" to capture the permalink for the article

Linking to the TimesMachine Archives

Access to the TimesMachine archives is included in Albertsons Library's All Access subscription. The TimesMachine is an interactive digital replica of The New York Times as it appeared in print from 1851-2002.

Please note:

  • Users are limited to 5 PDF article downloads from TimesMachine per day per user. 
  • Linking to articles in the NY TimesMachine archive is allowed, but archive URLs may change. Be sure to verify the links you use from this tool are verified regularly. 

Locate TimesMachine Article Permalinks

  1. Locate the article you wish to share
  2. Hover over the article and select "Show Summary" or click directly on the article you wish to select
  3. A summary window will open to the left
  4. Scroll to the bottom of the summary window
  5. Click on 'Permalink' and copy the link provided
