The Canadian Studies minor is designed to complement any Boise State University major. The program is interdisciplinary in its approach and at the same time permits students to pursue their interest areas in Canadian Studies.
The Association for Canadian Studies in the United States (ACSUS) is a multi-disciplinary membership based organization committed to raising awareness and understanding of Canada and the bilateral relationship.
"The ACQS is made up of scholars and students of the histories, literatures, politics, cultures, and languages of Québec, Francophone Canada, and Franco-America. Its members, who come primarily from across the U.S. and Canada, share their interests through presentations made at the biennial conference and articles published in Québec Studies, the leading journal in the field."
The International Council for Canadian Studies (ICCS), founded in 1981, is a not-for-profit organization composed of 23 member associations and 5 associate members in 39 countries, dedicated to the promotion and support of research, education and publication in all fields of Canadian Studies around the world.
