You have options for getting library help. Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm chat is available on most of the library pages. Look for the blue icon with the white speech box. Clicking this allows you to chat live with someone from the library. When chat is not available this box turns into a link to our email reference service and your email will be answered our next business day.

Currently the best way to contact me for help is my email firstname.lastname@example.org. You can also leave me a telephone message at 208-426-1621, however I only check it once a day. If you need something closer to a face to face experience and have a computer with a camera and microphone or you have a webcam or a smart phone, we can set up a meeting in Zoom or Google Hangouts Meet.
