  An expansive index to life sciences and biomedical research covering pre-clinical and experimental research, methods and instrumentation, animal studies, and more.
• Environment Complete (EBSCOhost)
  Provides hundreds of top environment journals and monographs covering agriculture, ecosystem ecology, energy, public policy, sustainability and other related subjects. It also includes millions of records and an environmental thesaurus.
• GEOBASE (Elsevier)
  Database for physical and human geography, earth and environmental sciences, ecology, and related disciplines.
• Psychology & Behavioral Sciences Collection
  Provides hundreds of full-text psychology journals, including many indexed in PsycINFO. It offers particularly strong coverage in child and adolescent psychology and counseling.
• ScienceDirect
  Peer-reviewed journals, articles, book chapters and open access content.

  Search the world’s leading scholarly journals, books, and proceedings in the sciences, social sciences, and arts and humanities and navigate the full citation network. 

Google Scholar

  Search 1.7 million records, with links to 138,000 images, video and sound files from dozens of Smithsonian libraries, archives, museums, and specialized research units.

Ideally you will want to log in to the Library homepage as noted above [Library home and JSTOR] before you start searching our databases. However, in the chance that you need to open article links you emailed to yourself from our databases you will want to follow these steps: 

1. Copy the full url from the email you received and paste into a browser address window
2. Highlight and copy the following string: http://libproxy.boisestate.edu/login?url=
3. Paste the string from #2 IN FRONT OF the url from your email. The resulting url should look something like this:               http://libproxy.boisestate.edu/login?url=http://scholar.google.com
4. Enter your Boise State username and password if/when prompted.
