Q&A About eBooks

Can I get help using my mobile device and downloading eBooks?

Yes, any librarian can help you. Call 208 426 3301, come into the library reference desk, or contact your librarian using the directory.

How do I get the permanent link to an eBook in EBL?

Click on the link to email link and send the email to yourself. That's the fastest surefire way. Don't use the link in the address bar because it won't work!

Yes you can! If you read them online they will always be in your account and attached to your book when you login. You can also export them on Apple devices using the Bluefire reader.

Yes, the limit is 5. You can call or chat with Adobe to increase the number of devices http://www.adobe.com/support/digitaleditions/supportinfo/

Yes, from Overdrive, if you choose an audiobook in mp3 format, and not wma. Otherwise you need to transfer it to your device using your computer.
