The in-text citation for APA would depend on the number of authors, but primarily is the author's name and the year (Norton, 2006).

For MLA citation you can find this information on page 232 of the MLA Sixth edition. This is for an electronic film or film clip (section 5.9.9 c)

Format:

LastName, FirstInitials. TitleOfVideoUnderlined. Year.
     TitleOfWebsiteUnderlined. Date Accessed in DD Mmmm
     YYYY format .
